Who we are

Sellcurb is operated by [TBD entity] in the United States. It provides software that helps you post listings to Craigslist and manages buyer communications on your behalf using AI. [COUNSEL REVIEW]

The service

When you create a listing with Sellcurb:

1. You pay a $4 flat fee up front.
2. You upload photos and complete an in-app intake wizard where Sellcurb's AI drafts the title, description, and pricing for your listing.
3. Sellcurb generates listing text and provides copy-paste tools for you to post to Craigslist.
4. Each listing receives a unique Sellcurb email address. Buyer replies from Craigslist route to that address.
5. Our AI handles inbound buyer messages: answering common questions autonomously, declining lowball offers, and queueing a draft for your in-app approval before committing to pickup times, prices, or addresses.
6. The listing remains active for 30 days, after which the Sellcurb email stops relaying and the AI stops responding.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident to use Sellcurb.

The $4 fee

The $4 fee is non-refundable. It pays for Sellcurb's labor — AI-generated listing content and 30 days of AI-managed buyer communications — not for a successful sale. Because Sellcurb does not process sales, we have no way to verify whether your item sold.

What Sellcurb does not do

• Sellcurb does not process sale payments. Money exchanges directly between you and the buyer at pickup, in whatever form you two agree to (cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Sellcurb never holds or processes the sale amount.
• Sellcurb does not guarantee a sale, a specific price, or a specific volume of buyer inquiries.
• Sellcurb does not verify buyer identity. You are responsible for verifying buyers and conducting pickups safely.
• Sellcurb does not transport items between locations.
• Sellcurb does not mediate disputes that arise after pickup.

Your responsibilities

• Post accurate information about your items. No false claims about condition, authenticity, or legality.
• Do not list illegal or restricted items, including but not limited to firearms, controlled substances, stolen goods, counterfeit items, or items prohibited by Craigslist's own posting rules.
• Complete pickups in good faith.
• Handle payment with buyers directly and responsibly. Do not attempt to deceive buyers about prices, conditions, or availability.
• Use respectful language when interacting with Sellcurb's AI and in email exchanges with buyers.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use Sellcurb to harass, defraud, or deceive buyers or other parties.
• Post items that violate federal, state, or local laws, or that violate Craigslist's posting rules.
• Create multiple accounts to avoid the listing fee or circumvent account restrictions.
• Use Sellcurb for bulk commercial reselling; the service is designed for casual household resellers.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Sellcurb service.

Email handling on your behalf

When you create a listing, Sellcurb assigns it a unique relay email address and you authorize Sellcurb to:

• Receive buyer email replies routed through Craigslist's email-relay system to that address.
• Read and process those messages with our AI to classify intent and draft responses.
• Send autonomous replies to low-stakes messages (questions, lowball offers, spam) under your name as seller, with an AI concierge disclosure included.
• Archive the raw inbound and outbound emails (headers, subject, body) for the retention period described in the Privacy Policy, for audit, dispute resolution, and AI quality review.

Sellcurb does not show a buyer's real email or phone number to anyone other than you, the seller of the listing they contacted, and only after meaningful engagement (e.g., agreeing to a pickup time). You agree not to use buyer contact information for any purpose other than completing the transaction the buyer initiated.

AI-generated content

• Listing content is AI-generated from your input. You review and approve the generated listing before posting to Craigslist and are responsible for the accuracy of the final listing.
• Buyer responses may be AI-generated. All outbound buyer emails include a disclosure that they are handled by an AI concierge on behalf of the seller.
• The AI asks for your explicit in-app approval before committing to prices, pickup times, or addresses with a buyer.
• Sellcurb is not responsible for outcomes resulting from buyer reliance on AI-generated listing or response content.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the service creates legal or safety risk. You can close your account at any time by contacting support@sellcurb.com.

Disclaimers

Sellcurb is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellcurb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the total fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Sellcurb is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. [COUNSEL REVIEW]

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Sellcurb after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
